- Content of the conversation with ELI and information about your book.
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

What We Use It For
To generate your outline and your book, process payments, deliver files, provide contracted services, respond to contacts, manage the Writer’s Club subscription, and comply with legal obligations.
Who We Share It With
With suppliers necessary for the service: OpenAI (text generation by ELI), Stripe (payments), Hostinger (hosting and email), and when you hire publishing, platforms like Amazon KDP and UICLAP. We do not sell personal data. Some of these suppliers may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards provided by the LGPD.
How Long We Keep It
We keep data as long as necessary for the services and for the periods required by law. Book files remain available for download on your order page.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data, and revoke consents, by writing to contato@escritordelivro.com.br.
